Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture
TCM is an ancient system of health and wellness that’s been used in China for thousands of years. TCM looks at your entire well-being, with a broad range of holistic practises including acupuncture working on the meridian system within the body, traditional chinese herbs, moxibustion, cupping and Tai Chi. TCM works with the 5 elemental theory and the Yin Yang concept of opposing energy or Qi to bring us back into balance.

Pranayama.
Pranayama or breath work is the practice of intentional control of the prana (the breath, or lifeforce) entering and exiting the body. Pranayama can be used to control energy within the body with various techniques and holds. Pranayama is known for stimulating and enhancing energy within the body as well as controlling the nervous system. We use these techniques to remove toxins, to create balance and to clear physical and emotional blockages within the body and mind.

Whole Health Coaching
6-12 x 1:1 Whole Health consultations in coaching style sessions.
Targeted to you and your individual health goals. We focus on the main pillars of health in depth to create further education and understanding of Ayurvedic and TCM principles to help you attain health and vitality for longevity.
This includes 6-12 x 1:1 sessions, broken down into different sections to educate and empower you to live a fuller, happier and healthy life in alignment with who you are. All the benefits of a Whole Health appointment but so much more.
You will receive ongoing direct access to Clare during your coaching time. Nutrition plans targeted specifically to you, daily dinacharya practices, including pranayama and meditation, as well as exercise and movement regimes according to your constitution and health goals.
Coaching sessions should be spaced out over a six week period, with your whole health sessions being booked two - four weeks apart. This will ensure enough time to incorporate and embody long term changes to your lifestyle. This program runs for the duration of 3 - 6 months.
